Campbell Commercial Real Estate provides real estate advisory services to businesses that depend on owning or leasing real estate. We guide our clients through the life cycle(s) of their real estate investment from considering a first acquisition to executing an exit strategy.  We do so in ways that are not only good for business but are also good for the communities within which those business are located.

DIANA CAMPBELL
FOUNDER

 

Diana Campbell is sole member of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, LLC. She is licensed, in George and Pennsylvania, to negotiate commercial real estate transactions within Dudley Thomas Spade Specialized Real Estate, LLC  where she is Senior Partner and Associate Broker. Clients have spanned from iconic Starbucks in Philadelphia to owner-users of warehouse space in Atlanta. Her early experience in commercial real estate brokerage was with a  team that served the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta with a portfolio of over 100 religious facilities.

While Ms. Campbell's body of work has been broad, it is now coalescing in two areas. She is largely focused on office/industrial assets in South Metro Atlanta and has a robust body of work with public institutions in Georgia. She represents county school boards in Georgia,  a municipality, a public health care system, and developers who build offices for state public institutions.

​

Prior to real estate in Atlanta, Ms. Campbell was a non-profit executive in the Philadelphia area. With a Master’s degree in mathematics, Ms. Campbell worked for 16 years in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics [STEM] education sector, fostering STEM career and learning opportunities for high school students, career-shifting professionals, and mathematics doctoral candidates. At DTSpade, Ms. Campbell marries  rich leadership experience, relationship building and institutional collaboration with DTSpade's capacity for highly specialized market analysis and brokerage expertise.

Ms. Campbell is a CCIM designee and member of the national institute. Locally she serves as a board member in the GA CCIM chapter and slated to be the chapter president in 2027. She is also a leader within the Atlanta Black Chambers, serving as Chair of the Transportation and Logistics Committee since 2021. Passionate about community service, she is a member of Georgia Women Connect, a nonpartisan and non profit organization that empowers women to non elected board positions within city and county government.

Ms. Campbell holds a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics from Spelman College and Rutgers University respectively.  She produced two podcasts.  Insider Insights featured 146 business community  leaders in Tri-Cities of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Aerotropolis. Thirteen episodes of Careers in Transportation paid respect to industrial sector within which she does business. Ms. Campbell loves tennis and Platform Tennis (Paddle not Pickle), boating, hiking, soccer and generally being outdoors. She is a still-in-love wife to Dr. Garikai Campbell and an over-the-moon proud mother of three sons: William, Robert and George.
